By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe account, with payouts straight to your bank. You can also accept bank transfers and other methods you set up, and clients can upload their proof of payment for you to confirm.
In most countries, yes. Every signed contract includes a certificate of completion with the signer, time and IP address. Our templates are a starting point, and we recommend a lawyer reviews your contract for your location.
